Tim Allen and Jay Leno had a burnout contest in a Cobra and a Mustang

Back in the mid-1990s, Jay Leno and Tim Allen were two of the biggest stars on television. Leno was host of the Tonight Show, and Allen was in the midst of the hit sitcom on ABC, Home Improvement.
