Patrick Stewart is still racing at this age?

Captain Picard is at it again, racing against the odds and the limits of speed to fulfill his presumably raw passion for speed!

That’s right, Patrick Stewart is back on the track, and he’s still driving tiny race cars, only this time he’s team Austin Martin, not team Morgan. Stewart is driving the Austin A35 conversion car, which has a mere 34-horsepower. That’s not to say that Stewart has an aversion to speed, he once pushed McLaren 650S to nearly 170 mph.

At the end of the day, Stewart is the coolest of us all, and now he’s racing at Silverstone. He’s fought aliens across the galaxy, wooed us all and stolen out hearts, and now he’s racing a vintage piece of British history at an impressive 76-years-old.

Keep pushing forward, Captain!
