Racing is hard. You have to be in great shape to spend all that time in a car, going around a track that fast, trying to control a big machine at speeds of 200 miles per hour or so.

We know Danica Patrick is a health nut — her Instagram account is full of her exercise videos and healthy eating tips — and she showed one way she’s keeping in shape as she prepares for the Daytona 500.
