Dale Earnhardt Jr. got a Redskins sport coat as a retirement gift

NASCAR group gave Dale Earnhardt Jr. an absolutely perfect retirement gift just in time for the holidays

Dale Earnhardt Jr. enjoyed his first holiday season retired from NASCAR, and the NASCAR.com team apparently wanted to wish him well with something the legend himself likely wouldn’t purchase himself — a Washington Redskins sport coat.

Given to him just after Christmas, here’s Jr. finding out about the jacket and trying it on.

For those unaware, Earnhardt Jr. is a massive Redskins fan. That doesn’t necessarily mean the team is immune to criticism from one of NASCAR’s biggest stars, but isn’t that how fandom goes?

Hopefully Earnhardt Jr. can start enjoying retirement, especially in his incredible sport coat.
